Who is Alyssa Renee?

She is an Atlanta based artist with midwestern roots and a love of performing. As with many young girls, getting the lead role in ANNIE ignited her passion for acting and music.

Soon after, she landed the Opening Act for Grammy-winning country artist Tanya Tucker at the Little Nashville Opry and has never looked back.

Alyssa is a graduate from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music in Vocal Performance. She has performed in operas, musicals, bands, choirs, and churches from stages like Carnegie Hall to Chastain Amphitheater. A few artists she has had the pleasure to perform with over the years include Grammy Winning Artist Emily Saliers of the Indigo Girls, and national touring band Yacht Rock Revue.

Her love of acting and music, both on stage and on camera, is what keeps her smiling. Her most recent title-roles include Selma on The CW’s “A Waltons Thanksgiving” alongside Bellamy Young (from Scandal) and Logan Shroyer (from This Is Us); Max on the TV web series “Monroe Faux Real”; Alice in the Movie “Midnight Love”; and multiple roles in the production “The Wild Women of Winedale”.

Alyssa is not only a performer, but also a certified Pilates specialist in women’s health and enjoys playing and teaching voice, piano, ukulele, and guitar. For fun, she loves to travel, hike, and never turns down a bowl of ice cream.
